Lee joined BML Crude Oil Marketing in 2010 to facilitate BML’s expansion into the Permian Basin and southeastern New Mexico. Lee is responsible for business development through a wide variety of operators and producers that generate crude throughout this region.
Prior to joining the BML team, Lee spent several years as a business owner and working in the securities industry.
Lee received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of North Texas.

Ron Holmes
Ron Holmes
Ron joined BML Crude Marketing in 2014 to assist a fast growing BML that expanded significantly in the last three years; purchasing thousands of barrels a month in West Texas and southeast New Mexico.
Prior to BML, Ron served 24 years as the head coach of men’s basketball and five years as the Director of Athletics for McMurry University.
Ron received a Bachelor of Science degree from McMurry (1977) and a Master’s degree from Abilene Christian University (1984).

Steve Warren
Steve Warren
Steve joined BML in 2015 as a crude buyer.
Prior to BML Steve was a teacher and football coach for 33 years; the last 20 years as the head coach for Abilene High School.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in English and kinesiology from San Angelo State University in 1984.

Jeff Inglish
Jeff Inglish
Jeff joined the marketing group in 2016. He has 36 years domestic crude marketing experience and is respected leader within the industry.
He has marketing experience in truck, pipeline and rail transportation of crude.
He received his BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas Permian Basin, Odessa, Texas.
